FAQ's
How long does it take to get your projects back?
We will have your painted pottery fired and ready for your use in 7 days and many times sooner. For glass we also need a week to complete. If you slump your glass then you need to add another week.
Is the glaze paint food safe and lead-free? Dishwasher safe?
YES, All our paints are non-toxic, lead free, and are food-safe. They are NOT dishwasher safe!
How long do you keep pieces?
We keep pieces on the shelf for 21 days. During Summer and Holidays we try to hang on to pieces for
at least 2 months, however due to storage issues pieces are kindly donated to Aurora Infusion Center in Menomonee Falls!
Do I need to make an appointment or reservation?
NO, we welcome all walk-ins. Reservations are required for groups of 8+ or parties.
What is the age limit to paint here?
There is no age limit anyone and EVERYONE is welcome!
Do you ship? Visiting from out of town?
Yes, we have a shipping rate of $15 that will include packing, materials and shipping cost.
Is there parking?
We have street parking available and also a small parking lot behind the building. You can enter through the back door.
